The Asia Pacific Alliance for Disaster Management (A-PAD) Philippines gathers business groups, civil society organizations, local government units, media groups and educational institutions coming from the Ilocos Region, Cordillera, Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Metro Manila, Southern Tagalog, and Bicol for a Luzon-wide disaster risk reduction conference on February 19, 2016 at Naga City. A-PAD and CDRC organized the conference to strengthen the participation of the private sector and other stakeholders in disaster risk reduction and management.
