A-PAD Philippines, represented by Citizens’ Disaster Response Center Foundation, Inc. (CDRC), signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Ka-Entrep Micro and Small Entrepreneurs Organization of the Philippines, Inc. (Ka-Entrep) for continuous partnership and alliance for Disaster Risk Reduction and Management initiatives in Metro Manila on October 20, 2016 at Pasig City, Philippines. Ka-Entrep is a non-stock, not-for-profit organization that is composed of micro entrepreneurs who belong to different industries mainly from Metro Manila.

The President of Ka-Entrep National Office Mr. Joseph Arnold De Guzman, and Operations Manager Ms. Alma Dagle stated that the organization wants to participate and to actively get involved in activities facilitated by A-PAD Philippines for the purpose of strengthening the capacity of Micro and Small Enterprises to withstand calamities and threats.
